Does anyone know if mold for the Menemsha cap still exists? Would Boston Whaler destroyed the mold or sold it off? I would really like to convert my 1974 custom into an overnighter. Just wondering if someone bought the mold and possibly makes reproduction caps.

You can try contacting whaler customer service or Sue @ Twin Cities Marine. If you can order it Sue will know about it. You can also get full Mills Canvas: Forward Shelter, Fly Top, windshield, Side Curtains and the back drop curtain to make a fully enclosed cabin.

Sorry guys I forgot I posted this, thank you for the replies.

That looks like a pretty slick set up there. About how much would a full set cost me?

If you look down in the Whalers for Sale section there's a really clean one for sale in South Carolina. I realize that's pretty far away from you, but one of us here locally could go look at it for you. Here are some pictures and videos of it:

That's a nice looking boat. But a new boat isn't in my future for at least a year or two. I need to restore and sell my 1974 16'7" custom to finance the next boat.
