Trying to find and purchase an aluminum rigging tunnel deck/trim ring from a 16/17 hull. Any insight is appreciated!

Thanks,

Todd

Todd,

I really have no idea what you are referring to with aluminum.

What year is this for and where does it go?

A photo is worth a thousand words and probably more. Any photo?

Joe I think he is looking for a cover for the forward cable tunnel opening. If you have a 17 sport you need to cover the forward hole or you will sprain your ankle someday if you leave it open.

Sorry Joe I read his post too quick. He is looking for the collar under the console to keep debris out of the cable tunnel.

There is no collar on the hull, it is mounted to the floor of the Montauk console...if there is a console. And it's plastic not aluminum.

But instead of playing guessing games, let's just let Todd tell us what he's looking for and then we can point him in the right direction.

I think I know what toadfish was asking about. I took photographs a year ago of a BW16 hull, stencil 3A6045, that was originally configured as a Cohasset model. It had an aluminium plate located under the RPS for the fuel hose routed from the rigging tunnel. I uploaded the photographs of 3A6045 to my website.
