I saw a local listing on Craigslist for an unused forward shelter canvas with a window and mounting hardware that is advertised to fit 1978 through 2001 classic Boston Whaler 17' boats like Montauk. It is local and ready for pick up which is attractive. Links are below. Only measuring width and height of the boughs will tell. The OEM Montauk forward shelter sat on the bow deck and not on the gunnels. The shelter in the photo appears to be completely different.
