Installation of Bucket Seats - 1983 Outrage

Member Personal Page Posts: 29 Comments: 2 Joined: 09/01/12	I currently have a leaning post installed on my 18 foot 1983 Outrage. I have two swivel bucket seats that I would like to install. My question is does any one have any suggestions when making the conversion? I am aware that I need to avoid the gas tank when drilling new screw holes for the bucket seats. What is the best way to seal the old screw holes etc.? Thank you - Larry lkftmp - Tacoma

You can also use screws in the old screw holes for the Leaning Post and just use sealant to seal them up. Other members here might have other ideas on filling the old screw holes by using epoxy or something similar if you don't want to use screws.
