A yeti Roadie 20 would be cool.
You can get their tie-down kit and even if it doesn't fit the deck . . . I'm sure it will work.
Pro's.- excellent quality, small, removable, can double as a seat. Last one you'll buy.
Cons.- Small, doesn't hold much, heavy, very pricey.

you could fabricate a 'fairing' base of some sort as well.
I use a Yeti 20 in my 1976 13' Sport. I put it behind the stern bench seat with a gas tank and a battery, it has about the sane footprint as a 6 gallon gas tank, fits perfectly back there. It is also quite heavy especially when loaded with ice and beverages and stays in place quite well, I have never felt the need to tie it down.
Where every you chose to put the cooler you might consider putting Dri-dek under the cooler (or cover the whole floor). Dri-dek allows you to pull tight the hold down strap compressing the cooler against the dri-dek squares.
