Screw size for cooler hooks

Member Personal Page Posts: 343 Comments: 0 Joined: 09/08/10	I just received new cooler hooks from Sue at Twin Cities (EXCELLENT service) but they did not come with screws for attaching them to the cooler. No big deal, as I can just go pick a few up. But, was wondering if anyone knew what length would work as I dio not know the thickness of the cooler walls and do not want to puncture through the interior of the cooler. I have the replacement 94qt Igloo on my Montauk 17. Thanks.

Member Personal Page Posts: 4280 Comments: 7 Joined: 09/30/05	I use #8 x 1/2" truss head sheet metal screws. There is some thickness to the cooler so longer screws may work as well.
