You might want to check out the Carver covers from boatcoversdirect.com. I have one of there sunbrella covers for a 13' sport that is a decent fit and has held up well for the last 7 years.

What does "reasonably priced" mean?

I went the same way as MH after my Mills gave out. The cover is elasticated and in many ways easier to put on and includes the engine cover. The straps are a pain but for the price it's tight as a drum and great value.

I own both a Mills and a Carver for my 13' Sports and I have to say that the quality of the Mills is very high but the Carver is made using the same materials with decent fit and construction and is also "reasonably priced" when compared to the Mills. As mentioned above the built in motor cover is a feature that I also like. I also think the Mills would work better as a true mooring cover but I prefer the Carver for a storage cover with the boat on a trailer.
