Give us the link and tell us exactly what the problem is. From what you are saying, one of the side seat clamps has a hole in it?

I bought a cooler seat cushion for a 48 qt. Cooler and they sent me one for a 72. I had to email pictures of the tape measure on the cushion before they would believe that they made a mistake in shipping me the wrong one.

The color of the wood was "blonder" than we wanted and quite frankly, didn't match the original wood well at all. I contacted them for a remedy and they bent over backwards to make it right. I have heard mixed reviews on their chrome items, but I have a set of replacement nav lights for my 25 and they also look great. I've not had one problem dealing with them. There was probably just a miscommunication along the way. Like I said - they shipped a new seat to us and paid the return shipping on the first one we received - for free. That earns them the benefit of the doubt in my opinion.
