yes check out Twin Cities Marine They will have what you need. I believe there's two options plastic and the original brass which you will need a flaring tool. Twin Cities the best! I'd rather purchase from them than a local dealer. Just my opinion
You are going to have to form a flare on at least one end of the tube so I fail to see the advantage of buying a pre-flared tube. Just buy raw brass tubing and make exactly what you need.
The pre-flared tubes pose two problems:
- The flare it comes with is not as developed as you need than using an O-ring, as is done on Whalers. It bends to about 90 degrees when what you really need is the flare to bend back more than that, up to 180 degrees to capture and hold the O-ring. You can, and should, flare the pre-flare more, but then why are you buying a pre-flared tube in the first place
- The pre-flared tubes have their flares precisely perpendicular to the tube. It is rare that the drain tube on a Whaler hull meets the surface of the hull at exactly 90 degrees. It often passes though it at a slight angle. The main sump of a classic Montauk is no exception. It is close to "square" on the inside, though the last Montauk I did had about a 5 degree angle, but the exterior is much more angled and you will need to cut the tubing to this angle and accommodate this angle when you form the second flare.
