While Mills was the OEM supplier to Whaler for canvas on the Classic Hulls, personally would contend that you should not rule out looking local to have something made.
I have found that if you can source a really good and trusted local canvas maker you can get a canvas made of the same quality materials as mills uses, with the same kind of quality construction for the same cost or maybe a little less. Those costs also take into account your ability to build in nice custom and thoughtful touches to your canvas that Mill could not offer you as an off the shelf supplier. Nothing beats giving you boat to a good canvas shop and having them build their work right over the top you your boat instead of just cutting a canvas from patterns.
That's just my personal taste. Mills does make a good product though.
