Serge - Ebay is going to be your best source for something like that. It could be an expensive replacement, as a different drive shaft will have to be purchased and installed into the lower unit.
You might be ahead by selling the 25" engine and finding a good 20" engine.
it is chaep to go from 20 to 25 (using an extension kit), but expensive going the other way.

The possibility of finding the right leg may involve to check the Merc scrap piles found from some of the privately owned repair shops.
Not an easy task.
