At first I thought it was the plow trucks (full size dump with front and wing plows) practicing their high speed runs down the neighborhood streets in preparation for snow. It lasted a full 20 seconds and the house was really rattling. When I went outside, not a dump truck or sound. Must be an earthquake. Turns out it was. Oh well, maybe tomorrow the plows will come. While the house, a 1920's bungalow, does shake when the plows come by (30 mph), this had a higher frequency and intensity.
