The top portion of my fuel (The tank is a Florida Tanks brand) gauge is missing and I know from several searches that it is a Rochester and was common to most models. I don't want to replace just the missing part but would like to replace the whole assembly. My question is, are these the correct ones?

I bought the one on ebay. I am in a bad way with only the one boat here on the island so I hope it's the correct one.

IF it is the wrong one, return it and call E-Components. They are in Virginia, but can ship - www.e-components.net They will know the exact part you need.

Thanks Dave, I found this info once before but it seems like every time I use the search feature it comes up with something different. I have it bookmarked now.

Since most of the boats here are the recreational versions you might try looking for Outrage rather than Guardian in your searches.

Jerry,
I just installed one of the units from e-Components and it is a universal version - you can check my post to see the picture (the link Kamie posted). I have a Guardian 18' with a 54 Gal below deck tank and it worked fine. You have to bend the float arm to match your existing drop, it's a little awkward to get it correct but ours is working fine with the replacement.

The photo above was my first attempt bending the arm as originally attached - the action was backwards for my tank. The arm eventually broke. The photo below is where I re-bent the rod correctly drilled out the original rod and inserted and crimped it with the correct bend and angle. The universal gauge assy. has about a 36" float arm.

Good luck with it...

I am not sure which model is installed in your tank, but I have a 1989 25' Revenge with the exact same looking gauges as is in the first photo of the 6500 Series and it still works perfectly today.
