If I am loaded up it is 2 on the cooler in front of the console, 2 standing at the console, and 2 sitting on the RPS facing the stern. And loaded like that it is 2 adults & 4 kids. I think the back seat takes up room & if folks are back there it is too much weight in the back to trim the boat. Just my 2 cents. 1984 Montauk
