If you have a 2000 year model, then it is a 2000 Outrage 28' ..... It is always important to list the correct year and model when looking for something... I would call Sue @ Twin Cities Marine and ask her if she has an (Owners Manual for a 2000 Outrage 28') model.

Member Posts: 21 Comments: 0 Joined: 07/02/12	Thanks very much for the input on the model. I contacted BW and they were able to send me the Owners Man that I needed along with a supplement. I also found out the the 2000 Outrage 28 ID was changed mid year to the Outrage 29. Marketing felt that it better represented the boat. Again, thanks to everyone's comments.
