Bow Light Colors

What I received was red and blue rather than red and green. What's with that? Is the blue lens even legal? It sure ain't original! JH Bahn 1965 Nauset 'Pura Vida'

If the lens you bought is new old stock (NOS) it may simply be that the green has faded over the last forty years. I have seen that on old boats. I have two original bow lights from 1960s era Whalers, freshly re-chromed.
