Looking to have a bimini top made for my whaler, Mills Canvas is 1240 plus shipping. Not sure if I need that much of a top.
Does anyone have the top measurements for the stainless bimini type. My whaler has the rail mounts on slides that are just forward of the console.? When not in use you can push it forward towards the bow out of the way?

Thanks for any help.

There are three sections in the frame of the Mills sun top (bimini): one about 80" long; the second about 65" long; and the third about 35" long. Each section bends at the top with an approximately 16" radius at a width that just fits on the coming on the bow when stowed. When opened, the hinge is snapped into the aft position on the slider and it slides forward to stow. I can get more precise measurements once I pull mine out of winter storage. Also, I have the sun top canvas in pacific blue you can have for the cost of shipping. There is a small hole that can easily be patched or you can use it as a pattern for your frame and new canvas.

dtpac,

Your personal page shows you already have a Sun Top....
Don't you have the measurements from that top?

Joe,
I do have a top but the frame seems to be the problem. The top is not big enough. it seems the frame should be longer to fit in the slide?

Art,
Thanks that helps me alot! I looked at your photos and that seems more of a fit then the top I have.
The one on my boat seems in the way when not in use, the way it stores on the bow is what I am looking for.

Thanks Again
