Anyone know if there are replacement doors available for the old (1985) outrage center console? One door is completely rotten, and the other is not far from that. Has anyone seen either wooden or starboard type replacements. All I have found is a site with each door for $595.00. Not exactly ready to spend $1200 on two doors...

I am confused here! The '85 Outrage center console has only one door under the wheel to the best of my knowledge.

So we don't recommend a company you already contacted, please state the one you already contacted.
Have you contacted Mike at Nautical Lumber? See the sponsors link (upper right side of main page) He offers pieces finished or unfinished. Could save some money by doing the finishing yourself.
You could go non-OEM and have a solid teak (or marine plywood) door with no louvers. Just thinking out of the box.

I can make the two doors and frames for $500-no hardware, unfinished Teak- I am running about three weeks on special orders like this. Let me know if I can help.

Nautical lumber is the one that wanted $595.00 per door. I am proud of my whaler, but not that proud.
I found another site online that has the doors in Starboard. www.boatoutfitters.com
They have the doors in stock, and are about $200 each. They are vented. Not nearly as good looking as the teak, but for $300 less per door, I will have to deal with it. At least they have them in the seafoam color to try to match the gelcoat.

Sorry, I did not look at the unfinished teak. I may go that route. Getting some fibergalss work done, and then I will PM you if I decide to go that route. I don;t mind oiling some doors in the least bit. I am in the middle of refinishing the rest of the teak now.

Mine has one under the wheel, and one on the port side. I am not sure I have ever seen them without the side door. But then again, all I have seen is picutres online, and the boat in my driveway.

Looks like Natuical Marine is different today. Yesterday I could have sworn it showed a per door price under their new products. Today, they have it for $425 unfinished (for the set) and $525 Finished for the set. Seems like a good deal to me.
Thanks,

Your wording had me confused because you asked about the double doors for your 1985 Outrage Center Console and the CC does not have double doors. I have now figured out you are looking for the double doors in the bow. I just went to the photos of the CCs here and yes, the CC has one door under the wheel and a side door. I can barely see the double doors you need forward of the CC.
