Completely torn-down 1970, 13' to replace all the wood. I took all the steering apart to re finish the console, and now I can't find the nut that retains the cable drum... Any ideas Skippers ?

Take the steering shaft with you to a big hardware store and hope you find a stainless locknut that fits.
