Member Posts: 3 Comments: 0 Joined: 06/27/05	Were the hand rails leading to the windshield on the walk through Revenge a factory option? I see many Revenges without the railing and wonder is some owners removed this rail on purpose.

They were added to later model Revenges around 1986 or 1987. Do you know what years Revenges you were looking at that did not have these rails? Tom Clark's CD Catalog collection is available on our Front Page. Every catalog ever made is on his CD collection. I have his CD along with every major catalog from 1980 to present. Like I mentioned above, the railings did not show up in 1986 or 1987.

Member Posts: 3 Comments: 0 Joined: 06/27/05	I have seen the missing hand railing on models as late as 1988. My thougt is that if they are not on the boat they were removed. I have a feeling custom made cockpit covers might be the culprit. The railing is a bit obtrusive but getting to the bow in rough seas can be a challange without one.
