1984 Boston Whaler Classic Sport 13 foot, front thwart seat. Question: Is there some pin or clamp other than the side seat clamps that holds the seat from moving forward? I bought the 13 foot and the interior had been replaced, but I obtained magahony and went back to the orginal seats, just can't keep the front one from moving forward.

How thick is the front seat?

It should be 1 inch thick per original sizing...
If it is too thin, it may slide forward.
