The switch to the auto bilge does not seem to be connected. http://i771.photobucket.com/albums/xx...4481-1.jpg And then, the second pictures shows that the cover does not fit due to the size of the bilge pump. http://i771.photobucket.com/albums/xx...C04488.jpg There is a drain in the bottom, what does that lead to? Member Posts: 177 Comments: 0 Joined: 05/24/07	Someone replaced the original bilge pump with a full automatic version, but did not remove the old float switch which is now not needed. The full auto version cycles periodically and if senses water will pump.

Many members have many different Whalers and don't always have them listed in their profile. They may also have bought another Whaler that they haven't listed yet so you can see it is always better to list the boat info you are talking about rather then relying on what is in a members profile. Member Posts: 8 Comments: 0 Joined: 07/19/08	unscrew the switch from the bilge and discard, it probably has 1or 2 screws through the bottem of the switch caulk the holes the hole at the back and the hole at the bottem both should go out the transom it never hurts to fluch these and make sure they drain
