I have a 1986 Mercury 115hp motor. Boat's in the water and runs fine but I was having an intermittent starting problem. Battery is good & fully charged. mechanic told me to pull the starter which he serviced new brushes etc. My problem is getting it back in. Any Mercury experts out there that have any helpful ideas would be greatly appreciated.
