Not sure anyone but the seller will believe this but here ya go lol

I suggested he better be prepared to back this claim up if the buyer truly expects this 13 to go 52 mph on the gps. he said he's raced boats all his life and no one can tell him anything he doesn't already know about boats and this boat does in fact go 52 mph gps and 44 knots, not sure what 44 kts works out to in mph but I smelled BS all the way lol

44 knots is 50.634296 miles per hour.

Must be confusing his 5s and 3s... 32 MPH much more believable. A soft gust of wind would flip that at 52 in a second if you steer it to that speed....

I like how the motor is buried all the way on the transom. IF the buyer truly expects this boat to go the advertised 52 mph on the GPS and it doesn't, would he then have grounds for a lawsuit? Any lawyers in the house? Seems to me his ad is very misleading at best and a outright lie at worst. He claimed to have raced offhsore boats, so if this is true, he should know better. Or the boat actually does 52 mph and this is some sort of factory freak 40 yammy that has about 35 hp extra lol

52 kmh= 33mph.
Crack doesn't smoke it self.

Probably a good buy with a really stupid/bad sales pitch which would negate the good buy part.

In the pic it looks like he's really holding on. I got mine to 45.1 mph with a 15" prop, but that extra 7 mph would be hard to get. Maybe he has his gps set for kph. You're right about the steering. It can't be done at that speed.
