Does anyone have any recommendations on these or is there another way we can accurately measure fuel consumption?

I've owned a few FloScan fuel flow meters. Thy are extremely accurate.

I have a FloScan TwinScan in my Revenge 25. Best fuel gauge money can buy.

Tom's right. Floscan is good stuff. Depending on what enginge package you have and how much you wanna spend, there are factory systems like Mercury smartcraft that will give you access to more info that you can use at one time.

What gauges do you have on your E-Tec? If you have I-Command you can pull fuel flow right off the engine? It won't calc speed and efficiency for you unless you hook it up to a GPS and to store the info you need the EMM module.
