I have a 1977 Outrage 21' and I am looking for what appears to be an original equipment stern light lense, the fixture is mounted to a 1 1/4" aluminum pole and then lense is a flange type with collar retainer. the bow light lense fits perfectly but is bicolored and it needs to be clear. I have not been able to find any thing close to what I think I am looking for. Anybody got any ideas?

That all-around clear lens is something of an odd duck. I suspect Perko supplied it to Whaler on a custom basis; they do not sell any light like that.
Sea-Dog makes a similar, if not identical light. The spare lens will be what you you need:

I think the problem with the Sea-Dog light is that it does not meet the 2 mile visibility rule. Seachoice offers the same light, and I was told by them that it does not meet the 2 mile rule. I have been looking for a different bulb that would fix this problem, but I think they might melt the lens. Maybe a LED of some type. There is an interesting light on Ebay that might work

Thanks for the input I will investigate these options further. I will try to post some pictures and a better description of the light set up soon, I am afraid finding the lens for this fixture may be impossible and I will be required to change it out.

Actually, if you have a 1977 21 footer and the light is original, then you have an even more rare stern light.
Back then, Whaler used a six foot tall aluminum pole with a cast bronze light base that had a huge oblong, dished black plastic glare shield totally unlike the Perko glare shield used in the 1980s for the Outrage masthead lights.
The lens for these lights were actually frosted glass and matched, almost perfectly, the shape of the *old* bow light lens in the small 13-17 foot Whalers.
The lens was retained by the chrome plated bronze collar that bears the Wilcox-Crittenden logo on it.
