Thread subject: Whaler Central - Boston Whaler Boat Information and Photos :: what year is this 13ft

hey guys hopefully someone can help i have what is supposed to be a 1965 13ft sport, question is my serial number inside the bow hatch says 11126 and the year chart on the site does not cover that number, also if the numbers are correct it would make it a 1963 or 1964, the chart shows 1963 whalers 13ft 8500-10300 and 1964 11300-14700 basically my numbers were skiped considering it jumps from 10300 - 11300 also why would my title say 1965, thanks for any help

Your boat is a 1964.
The serial number data for the 13's is incorrect. It should read 10301 - 14700 for 1964.
It is not at all uncommon for the registration of a boat to be off on the year. Perhaps it was not sold until 1965.

ok thanks again, just wanted to make sure it was around that year i got the boat from a buddy who bought it from the original owner, just wanted to know the exact year, Thanks again guys
