Has anyone ever used any of the online float plan services available in the USA?

I found three on the internet tonight 2 of them are free and one is a paid service.

Has anyone ever signed up or used one of these services? Seems like a great idea. You file a float plan and if you are overdue they call or email your emergency contacts. Some also provide a list of emergency numbers for your contact to use.
