I just finished removing the drain tube from the bilge. Piece of cake. I was surprised at how easy it came out. My foam appears dry. I think I caught this the perfect time. If you guys remember from my earlier posting, a piece of tube broke off with the plug when I went to remove it after trailering the boat. When I started tapping the tube out with a flat head screwdriver, it started breaking into pieces. It was pretty bad off.

Going to sit down and have some lunch and then go back out for round 2--installing the new tube. Thanks for all of the advice, guys.

Alright, guys. Just finished changing the drain tube. After several trips to the hardware store and several revisions to my original plan, it is in. I'm confident it won't leak and ever give me any trouble. I can honestly say that I don't want to ever do that again.

Got the new fuel line installed as well. I'm going to put her back in the water next weekend, before the Saints make history. (Fingers crossed)
