Could someone point me in the direction of how BW set up the fuel lines on my boat. I have a Honda 225 four stroke on her now, but it appears the fuel line setup has been modified. Why are there two lines coming from the tank; one is capped off and the other to the main engine?

Been doing all kinds of work on the boat this winter.. when she's done she will be like brand new and ready to fish.

Thanks!

The two lines are for twin engines.

One is capped if the boat only has a single engine.

Thanks Joe! Kind of a duh! for me. One other stupid question, could I abandon the copper lines and run new rubber fuel hose from the tank. I have concerns about the integrity of the copper after so many years.

I haven't paid that much attention to the Revenge model but the Outrage models have this fuel line setup.

1. Beneath the floor from the tank to the sump cover were 2 hoses which are Coast Guard approved, heavy duty (rubber) fuel lines. This has to be the correct stuff for under the deck use and it has a thicker wall than the above deck lines.

2. The sump cover has 2 fittings regardless of how many engines are mounted.

3. From the sump cover, there are standard marine (rubber) fuel lines for above deck use.
If only one engine, then only one hose from the sump would be used and the other capped off.
