First off, I know their is a better name for it. My brain is functioning at 100 percent today, so forgive me...

I'm getting the whaler ready for a road trip in the morning. I put all of my teak back on and loading up the truck. I qwanted to replace the strap to my winch and I noticed that the ring you hook the strap to on the bow of the boat is a little loose. (Again, I know their is a better name for this but I just can't think of it)

Why am I thinking this a major problem. It's not bad, but it has just a tiny bit of movement. How on earth do you fix this???

Happy Thanksgiving everyone.

Take a look at the OEM Parts Photos.

Have someone hold the outside Eye so it doesn't turn and tighten the inside Nut.

If this doesn't totally fix the problem, then you can do some minor repairs to the hole later when it is convenient for you.

Happy Thanksgiving and enjoy your trip.
