You may have heard of my endless summer re-power, well I notice the floor panel that starts under the console goes under the seat storage locker and would give access to the innards isn't sealed. I can't remember if it was before the refit? Should this floor panel be sealed/caulked? Everything else seems to be.

Forgive me but - Rant!!
I noticed that for a premium brand such as BW that most of my console cut-outs could have been done better by my 7 year old. I would have thought this would be done somewhat accurately by template but it seems like BW builders hack an approximate hole and add - in this case the console door.
Half of the attaching screws have no purchase on the console fiberglass. Many of the other holes cut for original accessories seem to be made in this manner.
The inside scudder (?) drains are crooked and caulked by a blind man. Maybe it was Friday and the free pizza was getting cold in the company lunch room.
I know it's not a 2010 320 Outrage but it's pretty poor American craftsmanship in my humble opinion.

Don't get me wrong, I still love her; even for her nasty bits. Just another thing to keep me busy.

My 91 Outrage is the same way.
