I have a '92 Rage jet boat with the bicycle steering and thumb throttle. I'd like to convert to a conventional steering and throttle.

This might prove to be a challenge, but I'm sure someone on here has either done it or seen it done

There are good reason for the original design. Unless you've converted the vessel to outboard power, I think you are going to find control at slow speeds and in tight quarters very difficult with a steering wheel and binnacle throttle.
