The screws holes holding the hinges have "stripped", and are no longer holding to the fiberglass on my '88 20' Outrage. As I am new to working with fiberglass, any suggestions?

Mine did the same on my Montauk. I just yesterday drilled out holes to 1/4" then hollowed out the foam with an allen wrench to create the pocket and filled with epoxy. I now have a solid block to drill and screw into. I learned this from others here on this site. It is very easy to do and I would imagine that it will hold forever. I plan on drilling and completing the remount in the next day or two.

My bow locker of my 92 montauk is coming apart at the edge. Any suggestions on repair? I have even thought of replacing with wood like the classics.
