Hi everyone,
Can somebody tell me where to get OEM pilot seat legs for a 1977 model 17' Montauk? The originals on mine are both broken. I hear that these parts are not the easiest to acquire so prompt feedback would be greatly appreciated. Also, if there is anyone who might have an extra pair of seat legs, I would be willing to buy them for a reasonable price.
Thanks.

Tom,
o you still have seat legs? How much do they run? I have to either buy something or make something for my 67' Eastport.

Sorry, I've sold all the sets I had. I wish I had had more made!

Tom,
Is there any chance to have some more made up if we get enough people?
What is the minimum order?

Oh, the more the better. I'd say at least a couple dozen.
What happened to all the folks who kindly ordered two pairs to help build the quantity on the last two orders? I'm convinced there are still some sitting in boxes in garages somewhere.

What is happening to these z-legs? Both broken?? Extra sets?? I'm a first timer in the process of putting a seat together and I'm beginning to wonder just how fragile these things are.
How did you break yours'?

Harry,
I think the majority of people replaced theirs not because they had broken but more likely because the color of their original legs faded or they wanted to change to the brown color that Tom Clark had manufactured.

Tom, your correct. Both of my sets are in the garage, up on a shelf. I won't be able to reach them until I finish putting Evenstar back together. Currently blocking my way, in addition to the assorted power tools is the center console and misc parts.
