A lot about that boat is not stock. The transom for one and the console are not normal factory offerings. It probably is a Whaler, not a great descriptive photo.

I bought those same decals on e-bay and put them on my 25 Johnson. The guy that bought it liked them.. I guess i was in a patriotic mood. No they are not stock.
