Have a 1961 13 foot with a new side wood console and trying to figure out how to mount the new steering wheel. I have a flat bezel so it appears that it either has to mount on the top of the console and be face straight up(like a school bus), or on the front side of the console.
I see that there is an angeld bezel made for Safe-T system, but is there a generic angled bezel so I could mount this wheel on the top of the console but have it angled towards me and not straight up?

I'm in Pearland near Houston....
I see you were smart and angled the front of the console up, my console is flat in the front so the wheel cannot angle up unless I find some sort of angled mount/bevel. Thanks for you reply.

MIne mounts on top and uses an angle mount/bevel........I would think that one would be readily available at most marine supplies

Welcome fellow Texan! I'm located near Houston too, in the Cypress area. I think Guts just posted exactly what you need.

yes this is what I had found but it said fits the Safe-T steering stuff, so didn't know if it was a standard fit for other wheel/steerings..
