Considering a 1996 19' Outrage III. Can anyone share their expertise on thisi model year. What makes the "III" different from the 1995 "II"?

The 1996 Outrage 19' was renamed the 20' the following year and has these models have the Accu-trac hull...

Is the Acutrac hull "better" than the 1992-1995 Hull? I have read conflicting feedback on the 1996 hull being prone to porposing. Do you have any insight you could share.
