The cure time for regular 5200 is 5-7 days. It is tack free in 48 hours. Not sure if it is sold in quantities larger than a 10 oz cartridge.

It will not take more than one or two tubes. One quart is absurd.

You can also buy 3M 5200 FC (Fast Cure) which cures in 24 hours.
