OK so my new / old 1973 ish 17' whaler is getting ready to come back to life. We cant read the code to find out what type of boat it is because of layers of paint. We will figure this out very soon. I did find out that it is believed the boats was built in 1973.

Question - With hall the hurricanes over the last few years there has to be some web sites with salvage boats and parts that can be picked up. With this great economy I really don't want to have to purchase new rails, seats and other parts. Can someone direct me to a web site with salvage parts. I work in Michigan but spend time on job sites in New Orleans and Texas.

Thanks

Mark
