I need someone from staff to call me and see if I can get some help with a member. I purchased a product from him and I paid for it through Pay Pal (4) four weeks ago. Now I can not get a call back or answer to any emails as to where the package is or if he even sent it . I'd either like the package--out rigger bracket---or my money back, Please help if you can??
