How do I make my photos the required size?

Are you on a PC or a Mac?

If you have Windows, a easy product (free) to use is Irfan. You select (in Irfan) to open, edit size, save and you are done.

If you have Mac, you can export them and select a dimension size that is smaller. ie. 1200 x 800 changed to 680x480.

You can also use iPhoto if you are on an Apple computer like Phil mentions above or if you have Graphic Convertor for Mac...
