I'm about to buy a 20' Outrage. I would like to re-gel coat the bottom of it.

1) How do I flip this hull over? How should I crib underneath in order to sand/repaint the bottom?
2) Is this process as easy as everybody makes it sound?
3) Will a regular spray gun get the job done?
4) Can I spray over top of old gel coat after sanding or does all of it have to come off first?

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
