Email, or PM Joe Kriz to set you up a project album, give him the title you want. Once he lets you know there is an album you can upload pictures. You have to make them all 960 by 720 or smaller in resolution. Once you do that, go to the WC main page on the bottom left of the navigation pane, you will see a link that says submit photo. Click on that and then you can use the choose photo button to link the file you have saved on your computer and add any comments. Be sure to scroll to the right album and then hit submit. If you want, I will resize and submit them for you from your photobucket after you get the project album created. If you want, just send me the title of your album once you have one and I will just submit them in the same order from your account. Once they are in there, you can add comments too. Its not that hard. The hardest part is resizing I think, but I have photoshop on my computer, so it is easy for me to do.

There's been a slight change in the Project Albums.

A member would submit ONE photo to start the project album off with a title and a description. This ONE photo and description would be submitted using the Submit Photo link on the left sidebar.
After the album is approved and published, the member will see a link under their name on the right sidebar. The member can then click on that link and upload photos and descriptions right to their Project Album without the need for administrators doing it for them. The old way was becoming too much work for the admins.

Check out this album although for some reason their is no activity.
This album will be deleted if the person does not follow up soon.

When should we expect to see the project albums show up under our names?

John,

This is only for the new Project Albums II.

We are discontinuing the older Project Albums although they will still be there.

Most of the older project albums are completed with the exception of a few which we will still continue to do the old way.

Ooooh. i see. At least we didn't have to download a bunch of updates and stuff like we do for a bunch of other version 2.0's. Cool. I think that is a great way to do them. Applause for another fine decision, but I'm doing mine the old way! ;)

The one you have now is the old way.

However, you might start another project sometime in the future which will then go into the new project gallery.

We have many plans for the future and that is why we ask members to try and follow the FAQ and guidelines we set like keeping the personal page photos to 640x480 and other photo sections to 960x720....
We have our reasons and we are not letting anyone know at this time... B)

We have lots we want to do and not enough time to do it in it seems.

Didn't mean to change this thread too much but romd did ask about a Project Album.

Great work on your 25'. Repowering an older Whaler is the only way to go.

Be careful when running your boat the first few times....you will be tempted to stare at the new engines, making it difficult to see where you are going.

Totally awesome looking setup. I mean what other color would match a boston whaler then the offwhite ETEC colors!! It really looks fantastic and your photo's certainly do justice to the path to completion. I cannot wait to hear how it runs with the twin 150's. I know you will be absolutely impressed and i am very very very jealous! :D

Salute
