Does anyone know where I can find a boweye bolt for my 1983 Montauk?

Welcome to WhalerCentral.
You should be able to use any threaded Stainless Steel Rod the length you need.
You could call a Boston Whaler dealer but that may cost more.
What length is your threaded rod?
Take a look through all of our OEM Part Photos. It may help you out.

My bolt is threaded on the ends only but the assembly looks just like the photo you send. I was thinking the same way as you in just getting a new threaded bolt to replace my bent one. Thanks for the quick response,
