There isn't a pass through for the fuel tanks to the bilges on my 74 montauk and there isn't a place that its obvious that one was covered. It this normal?

Mine was cut in and then the foam was glassed. Where the hole is placed depends on the tank or tanks. As you can see on my personal page the fifth picture down the tank and primer bulb.

Now I know why there wasn't a fuel pass through, my boat wasn't a montauk, it was a Currituck model.
