After spending about 2 hours unhooking the mess of wire that he called an electrical system. (some items fused 3 or 4 times, some not at all!) I removed the storage locker from under the dash, only to find a hornets nest in the back corner! Guess this guy really was scared of the wiring on board!
Does anybody have any pics of a good setup for a revenge. Was thinking about mountng my switches and fuses in the top section of the locker and bus bars and such in the area behind the switches.

I had that too (less the Hornet's nest), all red wires, EVERYTHING was done in red wire, "Ground's" too, birdsnest, etc. Take some pics to get some idea where everything was, then start cutting everything out, you're going to have to do that anyway so that YOU know where your wiring goes. Stay w/ one system at a time (Bilge pump), (Nav Lights) (Radio) etc.. You'll need terminal connectors and wiring to start. I always start with the bilge pump first.

Regardless of where you put it, make sure you use a good heavier gauge wire going to your bus bars so you will have full power when you feed off of them. One good idea I've seen is to get a set of stick on numbers from Lowes or Home Depot electrical dept and then lable each wire and mark it on a master sheet for reference at a later date.
