I also have two kicker motors that I can use one is a 5hp 4 stroke honda 20 " and a Honda 4 stroke 8 hp 15''. Don't know what to do.

Boston Whaler always recommended to mount them directly on the transom.
You would however need to use the 20 inch shaft model kicker.

Lloyd,
Loose the kicker bracket, clamp the 20" kicker directly to the transom as Joe and Whaler advise.
A bracket just adds a lot of stress to the transom, adds weight, moves the CG sternward, allows the kicker to bounce and bobble around and makes the kicker stick that much further out where it can get whacked in a Marina or a garage.
It just drives me nuts to see kicker brackets on classic Whalers so unnecessarily. These are four holes drilled int he transom that did not need to be there at all.

YOU GUYS ARE GREAT. I NEED ALL THE HELP I CAN GET. AS A KID IN BROOKLYN CONEY ISLAND, SHEEPHEAD BAY AERA WHERE I FISHED WITH MY DAD I USE TO DREAM ABOUT HAVING A BOSTON WHALER. THE BIGGEST BOAT I COLD EVER COULD AFFORD WAS A VERY OLD 12FT BOAT WITH A 3HP. BUT I USED IT A LOT. NOT IN BROOKLYN IN IDAHO. NOW AT 63 IN MONTANA I FINALLY FOUND A 79 BOSTON WHALER MONTAUK THAT I BOUGHT FOR $1800 IN ROUGH SHAPE I HAVE BEEN WORKING ON IT FOR THE LAST TWO YEARS. IT HAD AN OLD 55HP THAT WAS SHOT. I FOUND A 1992 MARINER 40HP AND THE HONDA KICKER, I NO THE 40 IS PROBABLY UNDER POWERED. BUT NO MATER WHAT I WILL BE ON THE WATER WHEN THE ICE MELTS IN A FEW WEEKS. THANK FOR THIS WEBSITE AND THANK YOU ALL FOR YOUR HELP. LLOYD
