As I am in the process of buying all the parts while restoring my 83' Montauk 17', it did not have the hull stickers when I purchased it since it had been repainted prior to me. I searched the site and could not find the original sticker size. Does anyone know the size L x W? Thanks in advance. Wayne

We should start an FAQ on this.

I believe (but don't quote me) the sizes are in length:
18 inches (smaller and/or earlier Whalers)
28 inches (Outrage 18' for sure and many other size Whalers)

The ones in the OEM Part Photo section are 28 inches long.

IMPORTANT:
Pay close attention to the decals above.
The "Boston" is not in the same position on both sides.
Also make sure there is a ® in the front of the decal.

I bought mine from Magic Brush* for my 1981 Montauk 17 / The B/W were 28" / I also got the black Montauk 17 decals / And the CF reg.#s [ in B/W Red or the same as the logo ] from them. They are great people to do business with and would highly recommend that you get your decals form them. I live in San Diego they arrived very soon after I ordered them, I was very surprised to see the order so soon. I took some measurements from top down and from stern to bow also.
