You can buy basically the same boat in the recreational series for around $15k give a take a $k or 2...

Here is the recreational series Outrage 17' II

Yeah, I realize the recreational would be cheaper, but this one has been listed for a while now on CL and several times on Ebay. So I was hoping the seller was ready to deal.

I am looking to buy a boat that I can do some salmon trolling and alittle bit of playing. Is there any other disadvantages to the justice to the Outrage.

Same basic boat.

But the owner does mention it is 700 pounds heavier that the recreational series.

I owned the Outrage 17' II with a 115 hp... I surely would not want any less hp or a heavier hull with a 115 on it myself.
I had a stroke which has a better hole shot than the 4 strokes...
A buddy of mine also owns a 1996 model with a 115 hp and he water skis... He wishes he had a little more power as the recreational series are rated to 150 hp..

In this market, that boat is totally overpriced. Sheesh.

Do a search on the boat listing sites and jaxed.com for Outrage 17 II's. In doing a quick search for 1996-97 with 115 run 10 - 12,000.
